Special Note:
U.S. checks, money orders and bank drafts are accepted for tuition payments. Please do not send cash through the mail. Our Lyceum also has an account with PayPal.com, an online payment service that accepts credit cards and direct transfers from bank accounts. If you prefer to pay through PayPal, please check the appropriate box at the end of this contract. You will be sent the URL to make your tuition payment when you are accepted in our Lyceum. This option is only available to members who have email and Internet access.

I AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS:
* I am 21 years of age or older.
* I am not currently studying with any other Lyceum nor am I undergoing Priest/ess training with another FOI center.
* I agree to only participate in those exercises and activities that harmonize with my Inner Self.
* I accept that my relationship with this Lyceum and my Path-Guide is one of student and instructor and not one of client and counselor. I will work out my personal problems on my own.
* I understand that tuition is due before each Path is received, and a $5.00 Membership Fee is due the 1st of each month that I am enrolled. I also accept that Path tuition is non-refundable, but any remaining months membership fees will be returned if I resign.
* I understand that the ordination bestowed at the end of Priesthood Training is of a spiritual nature only and I will not misrepresent myself as legally ordained with the Crossroads Lyceum or the F.O.I.
* I know that at any time I am free to resign by notifying the Crossroads Lyceum in writing.
* I honor the copyright laws and will not reproduce, distribute, or use in any form, any part of the Lyceum materials without previous written permission from The Crossroads Lyceum.
* It is understood that the Crossroads Lyceum reserves the right to discontinue instruction to any member at any time.
