Enrollment Guide
![]() © Goddess-Gallery The Crossroads Lyceum accepts applications during the following dates. Please mail your application so it arrives during one of these enrollment periods. Thank you. April 1-20, 2008 July 1-20, 2008 October 1-20, 2008 If you have not read through the Lyceum section of our website yet, we recommend that you do so, and return to this page when you are ready to enroll: Introduction to our Lyceum Application Process Thank you for your interest in our correspondence courses. To apply, simply mail the following three items to the postal address below. If you do not have access to a printer, you may also receive a pre-printed Enrollment Guide by mail. (See instructions on our contact page.) Dept: Enroll P.O. Box 19152 Tucson, AZ 85731 U.S.A. 1) Personal Essay (1-4 pages, hand-printed or typed) See the section below for essay requirements. 2) Signed Lyceum Contract (Follow the appropriate link & print it out - PDF versions require Adobe Reader to open.) Contract for Residents of the U.S.A.: HTML Version / PDF Version Contract for Residents of Canada/Mexico: HTML Version / PDF Version Contract for all other International Residents: HTML Version / PDF Version 3) Tuition check/money order made out to the Crossroads Lyceum. (Full Tuition Information) Upon receipt, your application will be reviewed by our Membership Committee. When you are accepted into our Lyceum, a Path-Guide will be assigned to you and your Path materials mailed. If for some reason you are not accepted, you will be sent an email or letter of explanation and your tuition check will be returned to you. There is no charge for processing new member applications. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your materials. Money orders/bank drafts are processed more quickly than personal checks, which must wait to clear. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. (non-U.S. residents may obtain a U.S. bank draft from your local bank.) Our Lyceum also has an account with PayPal.com, an online payment service that accepts credit cards and/or direct transfers from bank accounts. If you prefer to pay through this method, please check the appropriate box at the end of our Lyceum contract. You will be sent the URL to make your tuition payment when you are accepted in our Lyceum. This option is only available to members who have email and Internet access. Note: Please do not send your materials certified, registered, or by any method that requires a signature. When this happens, we need to schedule someone to wait in line to retrieve it during post office hours and your enrollment may be delayed. This also applies to those envelopes that arrive postage due, so please double-check your postage!
Candidates applying for membership in the Crossroads Lyceum are asked to submit a 1-4 page personal essay. We ask that this essay be either in hand-printed or typed format. Please know that we do have a limited amount of openings and there have been times when we have more applications than openings. Your personal essay will be used to determine if our Lyceum courses are a good match for your needs. Below are examples of the type of information that we are interested in knowing about you. Please use the optional questions as suggestions and feel free to only disclose those items that you are comfortable sharing. We are interested in you in order to evaluate your membership qualifications and to correspond with you in the future, but we also do not want to invade your privacy. Required Information:
