Structure

The Fellowship of Isis is arranged into several groups, or "Foundation-Center Societies." For more information about each of them and their focus, see the sections below.

Spiral of the Adepti - Iseums
Iseum Manual

Iseums are "Hearths of the Goddess" that offer initiations, seasonal rites, general teachings and overall fellowship. They may also offer Priest/ess training if the Founder is ordained with the FOI. Each Iseum has its own magic, its own Divinity and is dedicated to a Goddess, or a Goddess and God. Members may practice any other religion or path in conjunction with Iseum work. Any member may found an Iseum.

The Iseum Initiate Level system was created by Olivia Robertson in 1999. Iseum Adepti offer structured Initiate Level courses in the FOI liturgy. There are 33 degrees total: 32 working degrees, with the 33rd relating to spontaneous mystical awakening. Each Iseum provides its own course culminating in a rite of Liturgy. Iseums are not required to provide instruction in Initiate Levels (unlike a Lyceum, which is required to give Magi Degree training). Iseum Initiation is pursued by those who wish an alternative to a Vocation in the Priesthood & the Lyceum Magi Degree Path. Iseum Initiates are called to be in service to the Goddess in other, more secular, capacities. Examples (but not limited to) are: healing, aromatherapy, dreamwork, astrology, geomancy, oracles, etc.

College of Isis - Lyceums
Lyceum Manual

In 1986, the College of Isis (COI) was created within the Fellowship of Isis where all Lyceums originate and are chartered. The role of a Lyceum is to offer structured Magi Degree courses to FOI members, either in person or through correspondence. Each Lyceum, through its Priest/ess Hierophant, provides an original course of study centered around the Fellowship Mystery Dramas. The curriculum is inspired by the presiding Lyceum Deity (or Deities). There are 32 working Degrees: the 33rd is reserved for spontaneous mystical awakening which may occur at any time.

Either a Lyceum or Iseum may provide Priesthood training in the FOI either in person or through correspondence. It is done by an Iseum when the Magi Degree system is not a part of the training program.

FOI Priesthood

Priesthood involves a voluntary acceptance of work undertaken for the Divine Plan of the Deities. The Priesthood of the Fellowship of Isis is hereditary in source, traced through the Robertsons of Strathloch. Priesthood is passed to the Priestesses and Priests of the Fellowship through the Rite of Ordination, and also through touch and oil. The oil blessed by Vocation is essential. The Priest/esses, in turn, ordain others. The same ceremony through telepathic attunement is just as effective as the physical rite.

Steps for FOI Priesthood: 1) A 9-month to 2-year training program, either in person or through correspondence, with a certified FOI Priest/ess. 2) After training, enactment of the FOI's Rite of Ordination, either in person or through attunement with the training Priest/ess. 3) A year-and-a-day waiting period, before the FOI Priesthood certificate is issued and registered with an AU member.

Priesthood in the Fellowship of Isis does not convey legal ministerial status.

FOI Priesthood Spiral of Alchemy

In 2003, Olivia Robertson created the Spiral of Alchemy and the Alchemical Degree System. This is a program of study specifically for the FOI Priesthood in order to experience further transformation within themselves and in their personal Vocations to the Goddess. Once their ordination is registered (after the year-and-a-day waiting period), Alchemy Degrees are then pursued by members of the FOI Priesthood who wish to discover the "Inner Sun" through Isis, Mother of the Sun. There are 33 degrees total.

The Spiral of Alchemy is only for members who have already been ordained in the FOI Priesthood.  Priest/ess Alchemists of the Spiral of Alchemy have gained at least four Alchemical Degrees of their own from study with a registered Priest/ess Alchemist, and are qualified to bring other Priest/esses through the Alchemical Degree System in their own Solar Iseum. Until the 4th Degree is earned, the member is considered an Apprentice (1st Degree Apprentice, 2nd Degree Apprentice, etc.).

Noble Order of Tara - Priories
Noble Order of Tara Manual

The Noble Order of Tara (NOT) was founded in May of 1989 and promotes dedicated work for our planet. This Foundation-Center Society is an Order of Chivalry organized into chapters, called Priories. Each are founded by a Grand Dame or Knight of the Order. The purposes and patron Deities of individual Priories vary widely, but all join together under one goal: the protection and preservation of Nature.

The Druid Clan of Dana (DCD) was established by Olivia and Lawrence Durdin-Robertson in 1992. Groups within the DCD are organized into Groves and the Grove Goddess may be of any race or tradition. The purpose of the Druid Clan of Dana is to develop nature's psychic gifts.
